The WVDOH Technical Support Division has received the long-awaited hard copies of the 2023 Standard Specifications for Roads and Bridges. A digital version can still be found on the Specifications webpage, where it can be viewed, downloaded, or printed.  Also, on the Specifications webpage member scan review the Specifications Committee meeting schedule and agendas.  The committee will meet every other month, with their next meeting on October 4^th.  Those wishing to receive emails regarding the Specification Committee and other publication committee activities and/or be an industry contributor, please contact John Crane at JCrane@asphaltwv.com.
