Out in Print – the WVDOH’s 2023 Standard Specifications for Roads and Bridges
The WVDOH Technical Support Division has received the long-awaited hard copies of the 2023 Standard Specifications for Roads and Bridges. An order form for these books is available online here. Each copy will cost $23.00 + Shipping. If you have any questions regarding Specification book orders, please contact the WVDOH Assistant Specification Engineering Janie Matics-Adkins at (304) 414-6978.
A digital version can still be found on the Specifications webpage, where it can be viewed, downloaded, or printed. Also, on the Specifications webpage member scan review the Specifications Committee meeting schedule and agendas. The committee will meet every other month, with their next meeting on October 4th. Those wishing to receive emails regarding the Specification Committee and other publication committee activities and/or be an industry contributor, please contact John Crane at JCrane@asphaltwv.com.
We encourage members to participate in the Specification Committee process to help make positive changes in highway construction.
