WVDOH is proposing a 90-day renewal of the Stone and Aggregate contract to non-established locations, at the current prices, terms, and conditions in effort to accommodate no lapse in service while awaiting bid and award of the new 2022- 2023 contracts. The Stone and Aggregates contracts are in the process of final review before being put out for rebid. The reason for the 90-day renewal for the "delivery to non-established location" is due to a time frame constraint where there will be insufficient time to let and awarded a new contract before it expires on 8/14/22. If the stone contracts are awarded before the 90-day period has concluded, WVDOH will cancel the 90-day extension. Bidders should have received an email from the WVDOH this week regarding this extension which included instructions to accept the extension.
